Who is bettter Orks or Tyranids?

who would be a better army to learn
would it be a crime to take my orks in a red skin color like the chaos orks in Warcraft 3, or do i need to stick in shades of green?

Both orks and tyranids are both very assault based races, with tyranids having very few ranged weapons.
One thing needed to be considered with tyranids is the synapse rule, this means a synapse creature has an area of control over the lesser gaunts.
I would say orks would be easier to learn, but when used properly tyranids could be very dangerous.
It also depends on whether you like the army, its background and the models.

Although mostly green, if you thought up of fun reason why they changed colour then it would make it easier. Thinking up of reasons why you want to change models is part of the fun I think
