Runes Of Magic download problem.?

When I download the client the bar that is supposed to fill up is already filled up all the way and the percent complete starts to go backwards from 0 to -1% and it even goes to like -300% it says it has downloaded (for example) 32mb out of 4G but i don’t know if its working so I exited out and decided to not waste time to see if it works.
So is there something wrong?
and is there another way I can download the game if what is happening is bad.
And i already tried at on the site at the bottom where you download the installer and the 4 other parts and it doesn’t work for me.

Maybe a problem with the computer?
